I’ve spent four decades in the business of people – sales, leadership, and recruitment.
I’ve built teams, led turnarounds, driven growth, and helped shape the way recruitment operates across Australia.
As the first female CEO of Adecco Australia, I led one of the country’s largest recruitment companies through a decade of transformation – lifting profits by 220% in my first year and driving performance across thousands of people nationwide.
In 2015, I founded My People Group and not long after, My Exec – both businesses are built on the belief that great businesses start with great people – and that recruitment should be grounded in Character, Culture, Capability and Future Allignment – not chance.
In 2024, I launched the Job Seeker Academy – giving people the confidence and clarity to own their careers in a changing world.
A year later, I launched My Sales Recruiter, designed to help organisations find high-performing sales talent — people who deliver outcomes, fit the culture, and move the business forward.
Because at the end of the day, it all comes back to one thing: results through people.

Why I Call Myself a Sales Expert
Because I’ve sold:
- In every market condition: boom, bust, remote, in-person, and hybrid.
- To every kind of industry: manufacturing, construction, professional services, consumables, agriculture, logistics, warehousing, retail, health, education, and finance.
- At every level: from cold-call to close, from SME to national enterprise.
But expertise isn’t about the past. It’s about staying curious. Staying green so you grow. Because the moment you think you’ve made it in sales – you rot.
So, I keep learning – from the books, the podcasts, the thought leaders, the webinars, and most importantly… from the clients I serve.
I’ve lived sales. Led sales. Taught sales. And I’ve never stopped learning it. That’s why I call myself a sales expert. And that’s why I’ve built my sales SOP’s – to help you stop winging it… and start winning with a system that works.

Over nearly 40 years, I’ve helped shape Australia’s recruitment industry – leading teams, transforming businesses, and driving performance at every level.
