This week we’d like to start a discussion on an important topic:
“Attention to Detail vs. Getting Stuff Done”

Picture two scenarios:

  1. A team member who is meticulous and ensures high-quality output but takes longer to complete tasks.
  2. A team member who works quickly and meets deadlines but may have minor oversights.

Attention to Detail:

  • Ensures high-quality output.
  • Reduces the need for revisions.
  • Builds a reputation for excellence.

Getting Stuff Done:

  • Increases productivity.
  • Keeps projects on schedule.
  • Allows for faster iteration.

Both qualities are valuable, but each of us might lean towards one approach based on on the role and work style we prefer.

What’s your preference?
